  • 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix crushed pretzels, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and Dijon mustard.
  4. Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture, then coat with pretzel mixture.
  5. Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
