  • 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Brownie Layer: Mix brownie mix, water, oil, egg, and chocolate chips until well combined. Spread into a prepared pan.
