For the Creamy Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp mustard
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
For Serving:
- 3 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil until cooked through.
- Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream, broth, sour cream, mustard, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- Serve: Pour creamy sauce over cooked chicken and serve over white rice. Garnish with parsley.
