Instructions
- Prepare the Brioche Dough: Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix in warm milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, and lemon zest. Knead until smooth.
- Make the Raspberry Filling: Cook raspberry preserves with cornstarch and water until thickened. Roll out the dough, spread the filling, roll, and shape into a loaf.
- Bake and Glaze: Bake until golden, brush with melted butter, and drizzle with lemon glaze. Serve and enjoy!
