Main Ingredients:
- 160 g basmati rice
- 250 g tomato passata (or strained tomatoes)
- 100 g peas
- 2 bell peppers
- 450 ml vegetable broth
- 350 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
Spices:
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or hot paprika
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Chop the onion, bell peppers, and chicken breast. Mince the garlic cloves.
- Cook Chicken: In a large pot, sauté the chicken until browned. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
- Add Rice and Spices: Stir in rice, tomato passata, vegetable broth, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer: Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add Vegetables: Stir in peas and bell peppers. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until rice is tender.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy hot.

- You can customize the vegetables in this dish based on your preference.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
