- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, diced

Instructions
- Brown Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until cooked through.
- Combine Ingredients: Transfer the beef and onion to the slow cooker. Add the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and water. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the cabbage is tender.
