These cute and festive Snowman Truffles are the perfect holiday treat! Made with dairy-free sweetened condensed milk and shredded coconut, they are easy to make and fun to decorate.

Coconut Snowmen Truffles
- 320g (11.25 oz) dairy-free sweetened condensed milk
- 4 cups (320g) fine shredded coconut / desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
To Decorate
- 3 tablespoons vegan white chocolate, or white candy melts, melted and as needed
- 3 tablespoons black-colored icing, or as needed
- 2 tablespoons orange-colored icing, or as needed
- 24 thin pretzel sticks, 2 inches (5 cm) each
- 12 red candy straps, 5 inches (13 cm) each
Instructions
- Prepare the Truffle Mixture: In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and shredded coconut until well combined.
- Shape the Truffles: Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
- Decorate the Snowmen: Dip each truffle in melted white chocolate, then add black and orange icing for eyes, nose, and mouth. Insert pretzel sticks for arms and red candy straps for scarves. Let the decorations set before serving.
Notes
- You can customize the decorations by using different colored icings or adding sprinkles for extra flair.
