These Soft Baked Maple Donut Bars are a delightful treat with a perfect balance of maple sweetness and cinnamon spice. They are soft, moist, and utterly delicious.

Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk (whole or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (cooled)
For glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle over the cooled donut bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, substitute some of the milk with buttermilk.
- You can add chopped nuts or sprinkles on top for added texture and decoration.
