Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, sunflower oil, and water. Knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled in size.
- Shape the Rolls: Roll out dough, cut into triangles. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to form crescent shapes.
- Bake: Place rolls on a baking sheet. Brush with egg wash. Bake until golden brown.
