Description
Refreshing and sweet, Southern Peach Tea combines the richness of black tea with the fruity flavors of ripe peaches and a hint of lemon. It’s the perfect drink to cool down on a hot summer day.

Tea:

- 4 black tea bags
- 6 cups boiling water
Sugar Syrup:

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Additional:
- 2 medium ripe peaches (pitted and diced)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves and peach slices for garnish
Instructions
- Brew the Tea: Steep the black tea bags in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.
- Make the Sugar Syrup: In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.
- Blend: In a blender, combine the ripe peaches, lemon juice, brewed tea, and sugar syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the peach tea over. Garnish with mint leaves and peach slices. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar syrup to suit your taste.
- For a stronger peach flavor, add more diced peaches to the blender.
