Instructions
- Prepare Rice: Rinse sushi rice, cook with water, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
- Prepare Salmon: Cut salmon into cubes, mix with mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Assemble: Layer rice and salmon mixture in a baking dish. Bake until salmon is cooked.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and nori. Enjoy!
