- 10 oz packege Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
- 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
- ⅓ cup Mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup Sour Cream
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 12–14 Wonton Wrappers
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbs Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare filling: In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Assemble cups: Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin, pressing down to create a cup shape. Spray with cooking spray.
- Fill cups: Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each wonton cup.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
