Description

  • 10 oz packege Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
  • 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup Mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1214 Wonton Wrappers
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare filling: In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Assemble cups: Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin, pressing down to create a cup shape. Spray with cooking spray.
