- 4 tablespoons butter, divided

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, dredge in flour, and cook in olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
