  • 34 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 34 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 pinch salt

For the Chocolate Ganache

  • 100 grams 70% dark chocolate chips
  • 400g tin full fat coconut milk (creamy part only)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Mousse: Blend silken tofu, peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Make the Chocolate Ganache: Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Mix in coconut cream until smooth.
