- 3–4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 3–4 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
- 1 pinch salt
For the Chocolate Ganache
- 100 grams 70% dark chocolate chips
- 400g tin full fat coconut milk (creamy part only)
Instructions
- Prepare the Peanut Butter Mousse: Blend silken tofu, peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Make the Chocolate Ganache: Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Mix in coconut cream until smooth.
