Description

Wingstop Cajun Corn is a flavorful and spicy side dish that combines sweet corn with a Cajun seasoning mix, creating a perfect balance of heat and sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale

Corn:

  • 6 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
  • Oil spray (olive oil or avocado oil)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Cajun Seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Brush the corn with oil spray and grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the Cajun seasoning.
  4. Brush the Cajun butter mixture over the grilled corn and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to suit your spice preference.
  • For a smokier flavor, you can grill the corn over charcoal or wood chips.
