Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a medium baking dish; there’s no need to line it.
  2. Add Tomatoes and Chicken: Place the Roma tomatoes and cubed chicken breast into the baking dish.
  3. Season the Chicken: Sprinkle the chicken with salt, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken seasoning, dried chili flakes (if using), and cayenne pepper (if using). Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil over everything and toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Place Feta:** Create a space in the center of the baking dish and set the block of feta cheese there.
