Stir Fry
- 1 lb ground turkey

Instructions
- Make the Teriyaki Sauce: Combine ¾ cup water, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir to combine and bring to a low boil.
- Thicken the Sauce: Whisk ¼ cup water with corn starch until dissolved. Slowly stir this slurry into the boiling sauce and allow it to thicken. Remove from heat immediately, stir in the orange zest, and set aside.
- Cook Aromatics and Turkey: Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook, stirring frequently, until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add Vegetables and Simmer: Stir in broccoli florets and shredded carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender and heated through, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and pour in the prepared teriyaki sauce. Simmer for several minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve: Remove from heat and serve the stir fry hot over rice or as desired.
