Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce and Meatballs: In a medium bowl or the base of a slow cooker, combine ketchup, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Add the frozen fully cooked meatballs and stir until they are evenly coated with the sauce. Sprinkle a pinch of garlic salt and pepper on top if desired.
- Slow Cook: Cook the meatballs on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 3 to 4 hours. Once cooked, switch the slow cooker to the warm setting to keep the meatballs at serving temperature. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve: Enjoy the meatballs as a delicious appetizer, or serve them over cooked rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation.
- Alternative Stove-Top Method: Combine the sauce ingredients in a large pot over medium-low heat. Once the sauce is well combined and warmed, stir in the frozen meatballs. Bring the mixture to a light simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are heated through.
