Ingredients

Scale

Macaroni & Cheese

  • 1 box Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, prepared according to box directions

Meats

  • 4 Oscar Mayer Wieners (hot dogs)
  • 8 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon

Cheese & Tortillas

  • 8 Kraft American Cheese Singles
  • 2 flour tortillas

For Serving

  • Heinz Ketchup for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Mac & Cheese: Cook the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese as per the package instructions until creamy and set aside.
  2. Cook Bacon: Pan-fry or bake the bacon slices until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. Cook Hot Dogs: Warm the Oscar Mayer Wieners by pan cooking, grilling, or microwaving. Once heated, slice them into rounds.
  4. Heat Skillet: Lightly grease a medium skillet and preheat it over medium heat.
  5. Assemble Bottom Layer: Place one flour tortilla in the skillet and immediately lay down pieces of one slice of Kraft American Cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  6. Add Mac & Cheese Layer: Spread about 1/2 cup of the prepared macaroni and cheese evenly on top of the cheese layer.
  7. Add Meats: Distribute 2 slices of crispy bacon and the sliced hot dogs evenly over the mac and cheese layer.
  8. Top with Cheese: Add pieces of another slice of Kraft American Cheese on top for extra meltiness.
  9. Close Quesadilla: Place the second tortilla on top and lightly spray it with cooking spray or brush with butter to help it crisp during cooking.
  10. Cook One Side: Let the quesadilla cook until the bottom tortilla turns golden brown, then carefully flip it over.
  11. Cook Other Side: Continue cooking until the other side is also golden brown and the cheese inside has melted.
  12. Serve: Remove the quesadilla from the pan, cut into quarters, and serve hot with Heinz Ketchup for dipping.

Notes

  • Use cooking spray or butter to get a crispy, golden tortilla exterior.
  • Feel free to substitute hot dogs or bacon with your preferred proteins.
  • For a spicier twist, add jalapeño slices inside before cooking.
  • These quesadillas are best served fresh and hot for maximum gooeyness.
  • Ensure the skillet is preheated to medium to avoid burning the tortilla before cheese melts.
