Ingredients
Scale
Base
- 2 large naan breads (leftover or store-bought)
Toppings
- 1 cup tikka masala sauce (leftover or store-bought)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- 2 teaspoons curry powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- ⅔ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or more as needed)
Yogurt Drizzle
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 2–3 tablespoons water (or as needed)
Garnish
- Fresh cilantro leaves (coriander leaves)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the naan breads evenly spaced on a large baking tray to prepare for topping.
- Prepare Chicken Tikka Mixture: In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with curry powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Add the thinly sliced onion and tikka masala sauce. Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the flavorful sauce.
- Assemble Pizza: Evenly divide the chicken tikka masala mixture over each naan bread, spreading it out to cover the surface. Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top to create a cheesy layer.
- Bake: Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the cheese has melted beautifully and the pizza is heated through.
- Prepare Yogurt Sauce: While the pizzas bake, mix the plain yogurt with 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Stir well to achieve a thin, drizzle-able consistency. Add more water if necessary.
- Serve: Once baked, remove the pizzas from the oven and drizzle the yogurt sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve immediately to enjoy the blend of creamy, tangy, and spicy flavors.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken tikka masala or store-bought tikka masala sauce for convenience.

- Adjust the amount of mozzarella cheese based on your preference for cheesiness.
- If you want a spicier pizza, add chopped green chilies or chili flakes to the tikka masala mixture.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute cooked chicken with paneer or vegetables.
